Luxgard is not liable for delays outside of its reasonable control.



6. Permits and Compliance

We will assist with obtaining necessary permits where agreed. However:

  • The property owner is ultimately responsible for compliance with local regulations
  • Additional costs may apply for permit revisions or special requirements



7. Warranties

Luxgard provides warranties on products and workmanship as outlined in your contract.

Manufacturer warranties may also apply. Warranty coverage does not include:

  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Acts of nature beyond product specifications



8. Returns and Cancellations

Because products are custom-made:

  • Orders may not be canceled once production has begun
  • Returns are generally not accepted unless due to defects or errors by Luxgard

Cancellation terms, if applicable, will be specified in your contract.



9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Luxgard shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
